You can search for a new domain from the shopping home page. It’s possible to purchase a domain without any other service. In this case, the domain will be parked for free on your account. However, you will not receive any web space or a DNS, which is needed to create a functional website.
Domain search result
After searching for a domain, you will have the following options:
- Select a top-level domain (TLD) from the basic global TLDs if it's available.
- Search for an extended TLD from the list and select it if it's available.
Assign Hosting
Once you have selected a domain, the next step is to assign a hosting package. Here you have the following options:
- Select Get a New Hosting Package if you don’t have one or require a new one.
- Assign your domain to an existing hosting package if you have a hosting plan that has not reached its domain limit.
- Or select skip this step to continue.
Review and Confirm
The next step is to review and confirm your order. Here you have the following options:
- Assign or reassign domains or services.
- Delete hosting plans, domains, and services.
- Change the term of your hosting plans, domains, and services.
- Complete your purchase.
Renew a Domain

You can renew a domain without any other product or service. However, we do offer the option to add hosting.
Domain Search Results
After searching for a domain, you can select a domain for renewal from the list of the domains that meet the renewal conditions.
Assign Hosting
On the Assign Hosting step, you have the following options:
- Select Get a New Hosting Package if you don’t have one or require a new one.
- Assign your domain to an existing hosting package if you have a hosting plan that has not reached its domain limit.
- Or select Skip This Step to continue.
Review and Confirm
The next step is to review and confirm your order. Here you have the following options:
- Assign or reassign domains or services.
- Delete hosting plans, domains, and services.
- Change the term of your hosting plans, domains, and services.
- Complete your purchase.
Transfer a Domain

You can transfer a domain without purchasing any other product or service. In this case, the domain will be parked for free on your account. However, you will not receive any web space or a DNS, which is needed to create a functional website.
Select a Domain to Transfer
After selecting Transfer a Domain, enter the domain you would like to transfer into the text box. If the domain is available for transfer, the next step is to enter the EPP authorization code. If you don’t have the EPP code right now, you can provide it later.
Assign Hosting
On the Assign Hosting step, you have the following options:
- Select Get a New Hosting Package if you don’t have one or require a new one.
- Assign your domain to an existing hosting package if you have a hosting plan that has not reached its domain limit.
- Or select skip this step to continue.
Review and Confirm
The next step is to review and confirm your order. Here you have the following options:
- Assign or reassign domains or services.
- Delete hosting plans, domains, and services.
- Change the term of your hosting plans, domains, and services.
- Complete your purchase.
Web Hosting

Select Web Hosting to view a list of available plans. You can purchase any of the hosting plans without additional items. However, hosting plans are almost useless without domains assigned to them.
Select a Domain
On the Select a Domain step, you have the following options:
- Get a new domain if you don’t have one.
- Transfer a domain if you have a domain hosted with another provider.
- Use an unassigned domain if you have a parked domain.

The next step is to review and confirm your order. Here you have the following options:
- Assign or reassign domains or services.
- Delete hosting plans, domains, and services.
- Change the term of your hosting plans, domains, and services.
- Complete your purchase
Business Email
Dependencies
Business Email provides you with custom business email accounts. Business emails are attached to a domain name. It is not required to purchase a domain name right away. You can get it at a later time.
Select a Domain
On the Select a Domain step, you have the following options:
- Get a new domain if you don’t have one.
- Transfer a domain if you have a domain hosted with another provider.
- Use an unassigned domain if you have a domain that is currently parked.

The next step is to review and confirm your order. Here you have the following options:

- Change the term of your hosting plans, domains, and services.

Professional Website Design

Website Creator is a hosting-dependent service. It is included with the purchase of any hosting package.
Fax to Email
Dependencies
Fax to Email is a standalone service. To set up Fax to Email, you need to have an email address.
Setup Fax to Email
On the Setup Fax to Email step, you have to provide your email address and create a password.
Review and Confirm
The next step is to review and confirm your order. Here you have the following options:
- Delete the service.
- Make a purchase.
SSL Certificates

SSL Certificates are a domain-dependent service. To order a SSL certificate, you need to have a domain assigned to a hosting plan.
Select a Domain
On the select a domain step, you have the following options:
- Get a new domain.
- Select use a domain that you own. Here you can select a domain that you own from the list. The domains listed are ones assigned to one of your hosting plans.
Assign Hosting
You will get to the Assign Hosting step only if you have selected the get a new domain option. Here you have the following options:
- You can get a new hosting package if you don’t have one or require a new one.
- You can Assign to one of your hosting packages if you have a hosting plan that has not reached the domain limit.
Review and Confirm
On the Review and Confirm step you have the following options:
- Delete hosting plans, domains, and services.
- Change a term of hosting plans, domains, and services.
- Make a purchase.
